Hourly rates are as low as $49.95 plus gratuity.

Additional Charges
Wait time (Wait time is billed in 15-minute, 1/4-hour increments):
- $15.00 for Sedans
- $22.50 for SUVs
- $30.00 for the Bus
Extra Stop (Wait time will be billed at the normal rate for all stops that go over 15 minutes):
- Extra stop: $15.00 (Buses Excluded)
- Fuel Surcharge: 8% of Base Charge or Total Hourly Charge

Standard Gratuity
There will be a 20% gratuity charge added to all invoices. The 20% gratuity is based on either the standard base charge or the hourly charge, plus any additional stops or off-peak and holiday fees. Additional charges, such as tolls, fuel surcharges, additional stops, off-peak and holiday fees, airport fees, and parking fees, will not be used to calculate the gratuity.
Hourly Reservation Minimums
- Chrysler 300 and Lincoln Town Cars: 2-Hour Minimum
- Suburban, Denali, and Cadillac Escalade: 3-Hour Minimum
- 15-22 Passenger Luxury Coaches: 4-Hour Minimum
Point-to-Point Rates
Plaza Limousine LTD. has standardized point-to-point rates that provide for flat-rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
Rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at the prevailing Plaza Limousine LTD. hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the Plaza Limousine LTD. facility until the time it returns to Plaza Limousine LTD.'s facility, with a 2-hour minimum for Sedans, 3 hours for SUVs, and 4 hours for Coaches.
Reservations are billed on an hourly basis with fractions of an hour rounded to the next quarter-hour.
Airport Arrivals
Please call us when you have your luggage. Plaza Limousine LTD. will allot 60 minutes from arrival on all flights for you to be at the curb. Beyond this, you may incur wait fees. Scheduled pickups between 1:00 a.m. - 4:00 a.m. will incur off-peak charges; in the event your flight is delayed and you land between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., you will not be charged an off-peak fee.
Airport Cancellation Policy
Sedans and SUVs: Trips canceled less than 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup will incur the full charge.
Luxury Coach: Trips canceled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup will incur a $300.00 charge.
Non-Airport/Standard Cancellation Policy
Sedans and SUVs: Trips canceled less than 4 hours prior to scheduled pickup will incur the full charge on all point-to-point transfers. On all canceled hourly reservation trips, there will be a 3-hour vehicle charge.
Luxury Coach: Trips canceled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup will incur a 4-hour vehicle charge.
No-Show Policy and Fees
A no-show fee will be charged when a passenger/customer fails to arrive at the scheduled place and time. The no-show charge will be equal to the full trip cost, including wait time, tolls, parking, and gratuity. To avoid a no-show charge, please call us if you cannot locate the vehicle.
Damage Waiver
The party hiring the vehicle completely agrees that any excessive wear & tear due to negligence by the hirer and his/her party will incur the hirer $250 or the actual cost of replacement or repair, at Plaza Limousine LTD.'s sole discretion. All vehicles are non-smoking. All passengers will adhere to stated policies.
Lost and Found
Plaza Limousine LTD. is not responsible for items left or misplaced in hired vehicles.
Deposit Policy
We require a refundable and transferable deposit of 20% of the package price or $200.00, whichever is greater at the time the reservation is made.
Deposits are refundable and/or transferrable based on the guidelines/circumstances outlined below.
Refund/Exchange/Return Policy
Deposits and other payments are refundable under the following circumstances -
Sedans: When the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled event.
SUVs: When the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled event.
15-22 Passenger Luxury Coach: When the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the scheduled event.
Deposits are transferable in many circumstances at the discretion of Plaza Limousine LTD. We understand that situations arise that are beyond your control, and we will work with you in order to have a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved. Once a deposit has been transferred, it is no longer refundable.
Specialty Packages
The deposit, made at the time of reservation, is refundable up until 30 days prior to the event; however, it is transferrable to another event or reservation. Once a deposit has been transferred, it is no longer refundable.
Specialty Vehicles (including Motor Coaches)
The deposit, made at the time of the reservation, is refundable up until 30 days prior to the event; however, it is transferrable to another event or reservation. Once a deposit has been transferred, it is no longer refundable.
